Paneer Idli Ingredients

  • 130g Paneer – It adds flavor and texture to your dish and also boosts your nutrition profile because of its protein content.
  • 30g Curd – Adding curd made a better texture and improved taste in your dish. It also has probiotics, calcium, and protein content which is very healthy for you.
  • ½ tsp Psyllium husk powder – It enhances quality, and texture and also adds nutritional value like fiber in your dish.
  • ¼ tsp Jeera powder – Jeera powder adds an earthy and warm flavor to the dish and also helps in digestive health.
  • ¼ tsp Ajwain – It has a slightly bitter and peppery flavor. It also helps in relieving indigestion, bloating, and gas.

How To Make Paneer Idli

  • First, take 130g of Paneer in a bowl and add 30g of curd, and ½ tsp of psyllium husk powder ( Isabgol).
  • Then add ¼ tsp jeera powder, ¼ tsp of ajwain, and ¼ tsp olive oil.
  • Next, add ¼ tsp Baking Powder, and NutroActive Mineral Salt to taste.
  • Mix all the ingredients properly.
  • Put the mixture in a mixer grinder and churn it.
  • After grinding, transfer the mixture to a bowl and mix the batter again very well.
  • Then take an idli mould & grease it with ghee or olive oil.
  • Fill the batter into each mould.
  • Stream the batter for 8-10 minutes.
  • Your paneer idli is ready.
