We have prepared veg burrito recipe using nutritious, low glycemic load ingredients like NutroActive Brown-X-atta and NutroActive Mineral salt, as normal flour can cause blood sugar spikes due to its high glycemic load.

How to Make Burrito: Step-by-Step Guide with Pictures

For Making Paratha:

  • Add a glass of water to the atta maker.
  • Then, add 1 tbsp desi ghee and 1 tsp NutroActive Mineral salt.
  • Add 150g of NutroActive Brown-X-Atta and mix all ingredients.
  • Knead the mixture to make dough and roll it out.

  • Take 30g hung curd in a bowl.
